Step 2: Choose the fabric and weight
Hoodie weight is measured in GSM (grams per square metre). A higher number generally means heavier fabric; warmth also depends on the fibre and construction.

Step 3: Choose how your logo is applied

Step 4: Plan sizes and names for the whole team
Bulk orders go wrong at the size list, not the print. Collect each person’s size in one sheet before you order and check it against the size chart on our hoodies page (confirm the measurements for your selected style before ordering). If each hoodie carries a different name, add the name exactly as it should appear next to each size. Custom printed items cannot be exchanged for a different size, so add a couple of spares in the most common sizes for new joiners.
Step 5: Quantities and budget
- Ready-stock hoodies can be branded from a single piece, which is useful for a sample or a small team.
- Custom-made hoodies have minimum quantities that depend on the specifications and are confirmed in your quotation.
- The price per piece goes down as the quantity goes up, and screen printing in particular becomes better value on larger runs.
Order early in the season
Hoodie demand peaks once the cold sets in, and every order is quoted with its own production timing. The best way to have hoodies ready for your event or for the coldest weeks is to approve your design, fabric and size list early, so there is time for a sample if you want one.
