FS Custom Prints makes custom polo shirts in Lahore for restaurants, cafés, corporate offices, construction and workwear teams, company giveaways and new clothing brands. Embroidery is done in-house, and DTF, screen printing, puff printing and vinyl are also available. Order one polo or a full staff set. Ready-stock polos with your logo are usually ready in 3-5 working days; custom-made and large orders are timed in your quote.

Custom-made polos
Need a heavier fabric or a collar in your brand colours? We make polos to order in 220 GSM and above, with custom collars and ribs such as tipped collars. Dri-fit polos with tipped collars are also available for sports, events and outdoor staff. Minimum quantities are confirmed according to the specifications in your quotation.

Single-piece printing is available with DTF on ready-stock polos. Minimums for screen, puff and vinyl printing vary by method and design. Single-piece embroidery is available on request, with larger-order minimums quoted by project. The price depends on quantity, logo size and detail, and how quickly you need the order.

Logo size and placement
Standard sizes are about 3 × 3 inches on the front chest and up to 10 × 10 inches on the back. Need it bigger or in another position? Tell us and we’ll make it to your requirement.

- Get a free basic mockup using your supplied artwork and a quotation. Custom artwork is a paid service.
- Confirm with a 70% advance.
- Production timing is confirmed in your quotation based on the design, quantity and specifications.
- Pay the balance before dispatch, and we deliver.
Delivery
- Lahore: local delivery options and timing confirmed per order
- Other cities: M&P or PostEx, with estimated transit time confirmed per order. Regular deliveries go to Gujranwala, Kasur and Islamabad.
- Urgent out-of-city orders: Daewoo Cargo
- Delivery charges are paid by the client and depend on location.

Is there a minimum order?
Ready-stock polos are available individually and can receive DTF printing from one piece. Minimum quantities for custom-collar or rib manufacturing and other branding are confirmed per order. Custom embroidery can be requested for a single piece.

Can I see my logo on the polo before paying?
Yes. We provide a free basic mockup using your supplied artwork. New artwork and redesign are paid services.
