Computerized embroidery in Lahore
All our logo embroidery is computerized: your logo is digitised into a stitch file, and the machine stitches it the same way on every piece, so the 1st shirt and the 500th match. We run four multi-head computer embroidery machines plus an 18-head machine for bulk orders, all in-house at our own production unit in Lahore. That means we can handle a full staff set or a large corporate order without sending the work outside.

Size, colours and placement
The standard size is about 3 × 3 inches for a chest logo. There is no fixed limit on size or thread colours; we stitch your design as approved in the mockup. Common placements are the left chest, back, sleeve and cap front.
Minimum order and single pieces
- Standard minimum: 10 pieces per logo embroidery order
- Single pieces: available at an extra charge, including one-off custom designs
- Custom collar or rib polos: single pieces possible at a higher cost, more economical from around 10 to 15 pieces; ready-stock polos have no minimum

Logo digitising
Before stitching, your logo is converted into an embroidery file (digitising). This is charged separately, and the cost depends on the size and detail of the logo. We’ll confirm it in your quote.
