Looking for custom hoodies in Lahore for your staff, university society, event or clothing brand? Start with the garment and your deadline, then choose the logo finish. This guide explains the decisions to make before asking for a quotation.

1. Choose the hoodie and fit
Decide whether your team needs a pullover hoodie, sweatshirt or zipper jacket. A pullover gives a continuous front for a larger design; a zipper changes the available print area. Ask for a size chart and check the measurements of a garment your team already wears. A consistent size breakdown helps avoid delays on a bulk order.
Ready-stock garments and made-to-order garments have different colour, fabric and sizing options. Confirm current availability with the supplier before promising a particular shade or size to your team.
2. Compare fabric and weight
Fabric weight is measured in GSM (grams per square metre). A higher GSM generally means a heavier fabric, but warmth and feel also depend on the fibre blend, knit and fleece construction. Ask whether the inside is brushed, how the fabric feels, and which options suit your budget and intended use. Request a sample if hand feel, fit or colour matching is important.
For staff who work indoors, comfort and ease of movement can matter more than choosing the heaviest option. For a streetwear launch, evaluate the drape and fit alongside weight. Confirm care instructions for the selected fabric and decoration.
3. Choose embroidery, DTF, screen printing or puff
Embroidery: a stitched finish suited to many small chest logos, initials and names. Fine detail and design size need review before production.
DTF: a transfer option for detailed or multi-colour artwork, suitable for individual pieces and small runs. Confirm that the design and garment are suitable before pressing.
Screen printing: a useful option to quote for repeated designs on larger runs; setup and the number of colours can affect the quote.
Puff printing: a raised effect for selected artwork. Ask for a proof or sample so you can assess the intended finish.
Different methods can be combined where the garment and design allow—for example, a small embroidered chest logo with a printed back graphic. Read our comparison of DTF, screen printing and embroidery before deciding.
4. Agree the artwork and placement
Send a clear logo or artwork file and specify the garment colour, artwork colours, position and approximate dimensions. Common placements include the left chest, centre front, back and sleeve. Avoid assuming that a print will look the same across all sizes: ask to see the proposed placement before production.
FS Custom Prints offers a free basic mockup using your supplied artwork. Original artwork, redesign and logo redraws are paid services. Ask whether a physical sample or embroidery proof is available and have its cost and timing confirmed in your quotation.
5. Confirm quantity, timing and quotation
Minimum quantities vary by garment and production method. DTF printing starts from one piece; single-piece embroidery is available on request after reviewing the design. Minimum quantities for custom-made garments depend on the specifications and are confirmed with your quotation. Availability of a specific ready-stock hoodie, sizes and decoration should be confirmed before placing an order.
Send your required quantities by size, artwork, preferred colours, delivery city and deadline. Production and delivery timelines are quoted per order. A rush requirement should be discussed before confirming an event or launch date.
Common questions
Can I order one custom hoodie?
Ask us to check the hoodie style and size in stock. DTF printing starts from one piece, and single-piece embroidery is available on request; the garment and design must be checked first.
Which finish is best for a company logo?
Embroidery is a popular option for a small chest logo, while DTF or screen printing may suit other designs. Share the artwork, quantity and garment so we can recommend an appropriate finish.
Can I add individual names?
Names may be possible depending on the decoration and artwork. Send the list and placement requirement when requesting your quotation.
