FS Custom Prints offers DTF printing in Lahore for businesses, events and new clothing brands. Your design, ready to print
We set up your logo, names and colours and share a free basic mockup using your supplied artwork before anything is printed. Custom artwork is quoted separately.

Printed on DTF film
Your design is printed in full colour on DTF film up to 22 inches wide, mirrored, with a white base layer behind it.
- Step 3 of 8 · Powder
Adhesive powder
Hot-melt powder is applied to the wet print. It is what bonds the design to the fabric.
- Step 4 of 8 · Cure
Cured and cut
Heat melts the powder into a smooth layer, then the transfers are cut and ready to press.
- Step 5 of 8 · Place
Placed on your garment
Each transfer is lined up on the hoodie, T-shirt or polo exactly where you want it.

Heat pressed
Heat, pressure and time fuse the print into the fabric.

The film is peeled away
The clear film comes off and the print stays, bright on light and dark fabrics.

What is DTF printing?
DTF stands for direct-to-film. Your design is printed onto a special film with a white base layer and coated with adhesive powder. A heat press then transfers the design from the film onto the fabric. Because the white layer sits under the colours, prints look bright on both light and dark garments. Gradients, photos and fine detail all print cleanly.

Order DTF Transfers on WhatsApp
Print size
We print up to 22 inches wide, and the length depends on your design. Common sizes are about 3 × 3 inches for a chest logo and up to 10 × 10 inches for a back print, but any size can be made to your requirement.

Artwork and free basic mockup

- We provide a free basic mockup using your supplied logo so you can review the placement before production. Custom artwork and logo redrawing are quoted separately.
- New designs and quality improvements to low-resolution logos are available as a paid design service.
Care and durability
DTF print durability depends on the garment, application and care. Follow the garment label and the care instructions supplied with your order:
- Do not wash in warm water.
- Do not iron directly on the print.
- Do not scrub the print by hand or use bleach or other harsh liquids.
How ordering works
- Send your logo, garment, colours, sizes and quantity on WhatsApp.
- Get a free basic mockup using your artwork and a quotation. Custom artwork is a paid service.
- Confirm with a 70% advance.
- Production timing is confirmed in your quotation based on the order requirements.
- Pay the balance before dispatch, and we deliver.
Delivery
- Lahore: local delivery options and timing confirmed per order
- Other cities: M&P or PostEx, with estimated transit timing confirmed per order
- Urgent out-of-city orders: Daewoo Cargo
- Delivery charges are paid by the client and depend on location.

Is DTF or screen printing better for my order?

Can you print different names or numbers on each shirt?
Yes. Because DTF needs no screens, each piece can carry a different name, number or design in the same order.
Is there a minimum order for DTF printing?
No. We can print a single piece. The price per piece depends on quantity, print size and design.

The price depends on the print size, the number of pieces and the garment. Send your design and quantity on WhatsApp for a quote.
Do you sell DTF transfers only, without garments?
Yes. We sell A4 and A3 sheets, single sheets and 22-inch-wide roll prints for you to press yourself. Transfers are ready on a timeline confirmed with your order.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes. Bring your garments to us and we’ll print them with DTF or any of our other methods.
Does DTF work on dark and polyester fabrics?
Yes. DTF prints well on dark colours and on cotton, polyester, fleece and blends, including safety vests and workwear.
How long does a DTF print last?
Print life depends on the garment, application and care. Follow the care instructions supplied with your order; avoid ironing directly on the print.
Which file format should I send?
A PDF or PNG file of your logo. We provide a free basic mockup using your artwork. Custom design work is charged separately.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
Yes. We deliver across Pakistan by M&P or PostEx, with estimated transit timing confirmed per order, and by Daewoo Cargo for urgent orders.
