Branded Staff T-Shirts in Lahore: A Practical Guide for Offices, Restaurants and Brands

Black T-shirts with multicolour DTF prints, packed for a corporate order

A good staff T-shirt does two jobs at once. Your team looks like one team, and every customer who sees it remembers your name. Whether you run an office, a restaurant, a café or a growing brand in Lahore, this guide covers what to decide before you order branded T-shirts: the shirt, the print, where the logo goes, quantities, sizes and how ordering actually works.

Who orders branded T-shirts, and why

  • Corporate offices: team T-shirts for Fridays, launches, trainings, annual dinners and company sports days. A T-shirt is a relaxed alternative to a formal uniform and still keeps everyone on brand.
  • Restaurants and cafés: kitchen, counter and delivery staff. A logo T-shirt is easy to wash, easy to replace and makes your team instantly recognisable on the floor.
  • Clothing and lifestyle brands: merch drops, launch giveaways and your first printed collection. See our merch T-shirts guide.
  • Events and campaigns: marathons, concerts, college societies and brand activations where everyone needs the same shirt on the same day. See our event and campaign T-shirts guide.

Step 1: Choose the T-shirt

You have two routes. Ready-stock T-shirts are quicker to start with; custom-made T-shirts give you full control over fabric, colour and style.

Ready-stock T-shirtsCustom-made T-shirts
FabricCotton, 150–160 GSM, round neckCotton, polyester or dri-fit; 160, 180, 220 or 240 GSM

StylesRound neck; oversized / drop shoulder in black and whiteRound neck, V-neck, oversized / drop shoulder, full sleeves
SizesS to 4XLStandard sizes, custom sizes on request

A tip for restaurants: kitchens get hot. Many teams choose dri-fit for kitchen staff and cotton for counter and service staff, with the same logo on both.

A tip for offices: if you want the T-shirt to feel premium, a heavier fabric and a clean front-chest logo usually look better than a large print on a light shirt.

Step 2: Choose how your logo is applied

MethodBest for
DTF printingFull-colour logos and detailed artwork, from a single piece
Screen printingBold logos with up to 4 colours on bulk orders
Puff printingRaised 3D logos and slogans for brands and merch
Vinyl printingNames, numbers and gold, silver or reflective text
EmbroideryA premium stitched logo for office and front-of-house staff
SublimationAll-over designs on polyester and dri-fit shirts

Not sure which suits your logo? Our DTF vs screen printing vs embroidery guide compares them side by side, or simply send your logo and we will recommend one.

Step 3: Decide where the logo goes

  • Front chest: the standard size is about 3 × 3 inches. Clean and professional for offices and service staff.
  • Back: up to about 10 × 10 inches. Ideal for delivery riders, event crews and brand slogans that need to be read from a distance.
  • Sleeve: a small logo, website or department name adds a finished look.

Bigger sizes are possible on request. Send your logo as a PDF or PNG; a sharp original file always prints better than a screenshot from WhatsApp.

Step 4: Plan quantities and budget

  • Single pieces are possible on ready-stock T-shirts with DTF printing, which is handy for samples and new joiners.
  • Custom-made T-shirts can also be made from a single piece, but the cost per piece is higher. From around 10 to 15 pieces it becomes much more economical.
  • The price per piece goes down as the quantity goes up, so it often makes sense to order for the whole team, plus a few spares for new staff, in one go.

Every quote is prepared for your exact fabric, quantity and print method, so you only pay for what you actually need.

Step 5: Get the sizes right

Custom printed T-shirts cannot be exchanged for a different size, so this step matters. Collect each person’s size in a simple list before you order, and check it against our T-shirt size chart. For a new team, order one or two extra pieces in the most common sizes.

How ordering works

  1. Send your logo, T-shirt style, colours, sizes and quantity on WhatsApp.
  2. Get a free basic mockup using your supplied artwork, plus a quotation. New artwork or logo redrawing is a paid design service.
  3. Confirm with a 70% advance. Production timing is confirmed in your quotation.
  4. Pay the balance before dispatch. We deliver in Lahore and across Pakistan.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order T-shirts for just a few staff members?

Yes. Ready-stock T-shirts can be printed from a single piece with DTF. Custom-made T-shirts are also possible in small numbers at a higher cost per piece.

Can each T-shirt have a different name?

Yes. Names can be added with vinyl, DTF or embroidery. Send the list of names with the sizes so each shirt is made correctly.

Can you match our brand colour?

Custom-made T-shirts can be made in your shade. Printed colours can vary slightly from what you see on screen, so we recommend approving a sample if an exact colour is important.

Do you deliver outside Lahore?

Yes. We deliver across Pakistan by courier, with urgent out-of-city orders sent by cargo. Delivery charges depend on the location.
