Corporate Uniforms in Lahore: A Practical Guide to Planning and Ordering Staff Uniforms

Corporate shirts, polos and jackets with embroidered company logos

Ordering uniforms for a whole company is less about picking a nice shirt and more about getting the details right before production: which garment each role needs, where the logo sits, how sizes are collected and how you will reorder later. This guide walks through each decision so your quotation request is complete and your team receives uniforms that fit and look consistent.

A left-chest embroidered logo is the most common placement on staff polos and shirts.

1. Start with staff roles, not one design for everyone

List every role that needs a uniform, then match each role to a garment that suits the work. A front-desk team and a warehouse team rarely need the same item, even when both carry the same logo.

Staff role Garments to consider Typical branding
Reception, sales and front office Polo shirts or corporate shirts Embroidered left-chest logo
Management and office staff Corporate shirts, polos, jackets in winter Embroidered logo; optional name
Restaurant and cafe teams Polos or T-shirts, aprons, caps Chest logo; see our restaurant uniforms
Factory, warehouse and site staff Work shirts and trousers, branded safety vests Chest logo plus a larger back print for visibility
Drivers and delivery riders Polos or T-shirts, caps, jackets Chest logo and back print
Event and promotion teams T-shirts or hoodies Larger printed front or back design

For site and factory roles, see our industrial and staff uniforms page. If a role has safety requirements, confirm them internally before choosing garments.

2. Choose garments and fabric for daily wear

Uniforms are washed and worn often, so comfort and durability matter as much as appearance. Ask to see or handle the actual fabric before approving a bulk order.

  • Ready-stock polos: our plain polos are PK (pique) cotton, 180–200 GSM, in 21 colours and sizes S–3XL, with no minimum order. See the 21-colour polo guide.
  • Custom-made garments: made to your fabric, colour and collar requirements. Minimum quantities for custom collar or rib polos and other made-to-order garments depend on the specifications and are confirmed in your quotation.
  • Heavier fabric: 220 GSM and above can be discussed for custom requirements.

3. Decide logo placement and size

Agree placement before production and check it on the mockup. Common placements are:

  • Left chest: the standard position for polos, shirts and jackets. Our standard front-chest logo is about 3 × 3 inches. On jackets, keep the logo clear of pocket seams and zips.
  • Upper or full back: useful when staff need to be identified from a distance, such as riders, event teams and site staff. Back designs can go up to about 10 × 10 inches, or larger on request.
  • Sleeve: a smaller secondary logo, website or department name.
  • Caps: centred on the front panel.
  • Staff names: can be embroidered individually; supply a clear name list with spellings checked.

Keep the same placement and size across every garment type so the whole team looks consistent.

4. Pick the branding method

The right method depends on the logo, garment, wash frequency and quantity. Compare the options in our guide to embroidery vs printing for staff uniforms.

  • Embroidery (done in-house): a stitched, long-lasting finish suited to chest logos on polos, shirts, jackets and caps. Single-piece custom embroidery is available; suitability and the quotation are confirmed for each design.
  • DTF printing: suited to detailed or multi-colour logos and larger back designs, available from a single piece.
  • Screen printing: suited to repeated designs on larger runs.
  • Vinyl: includes reflective vinyl, often used on safety vests and workwear.

5. Prepare your logo files

Send the best version of your logo you have: a PDF or high-resolution PNG, ideally the original file from your designer. A logo copied from a website or social media post is often too small or blurry to embroider or print cleanly. Include your brand colours if you have them.

We provide a free basic mockup showing your supplied logo on the chosen garment. Creating new artwork, redrawing or cleaning up a logo is a paid service.

6. Collect sizes the right way

A clear size collection process can help reduce mistakes:

  1. Ask for the size chart for the exact garment you are ordering.
  2. Where possible, let staff try on a size set or sample before you finalise the list.
  3. Collect sizes in one sheet with columns for staff name, role, garment, size and any name to be embroidered.
  4. Check whether any staff need a different fit or garment type.
  5. Consider ordering a few spare pieces in common sizes for new joiners and replacements.

Confirm the size list before approving production, and ask about the applicable terms for your order.

7. Approve the mockup and sample before bulk

Before the full order, review the mockup and, where needed, a physical sample or proof. Check the garment colour, logo size, placement, thread or ink colours and spelling of any names. Colours on a phone or computer screen can differ slightly from the finished garment. Once you approve the design, production starts on that approved specification.

8. Plan for repeat orders

New staff will join and uniforms will need replacing. Keep a simple uniform specification so every reorder matches the first batch:

  • garment type, colour and fabric weight
  • logo file, size and placement for each garment
  • thread or print colours
  • size chart used and the approved sample photos

Share this specification with each reorder and we can match it as closely as possible. Ready-stock colour availability can change, so confirm stock before promising a new batch to your team.

9. Request your quotation

A complete request gets a faster and more accurate quote. Send us:

  • company name and the staff roles to be covered
  • garment type for each role
  • quantity per garment and the size breakdown
  • logo file and preferred placement
  • preferred branding method, if you have one
  • delivery city and the date you need the uniforms

We work with businesses across Lahore and deliver across Pakistan. The production timeline and delivery are confirmed with each quotation, based on the garments, quantity and branding.
