When you open a restaurant or café, the food is only half of what customers remember. The other half is everything they see: the sign outside, the staff at the counter, the box the order goes home in. When those all carry the same name, colours and logo, a new place looks established from day one.
This checklist covers the branding a new restaurant or café in Lahore usually needs, and the order to plan it in so nothing holds up your opening.

Before anything else: a clean logo file
Every item below starts from your logo, so get a clean version first: a PDF or PNG with your brand colours noted. A simple logo also works better on small items like caps and stickers. If you only have a low-quality image, we can redraw it as a paid design service; once you have the file, basic mockups on each item are free.
1. Signboard and neon
Your sign is your first advertisement and usually the item with the most moving parts, so plan it first.
2. Staff uniforms and aprons
Uniformed staff look trained and trustworthy, and customers know who to ask. A typical setup:
- Front of house: polo shirts or shirts with your logo embroidered on the chest, often with a matching cap.
- Kitchen and counter: aprons in denim, canvas or leather with your logo. See custom aprons.
- Delivery riders: printed T-shirts or jackets with a large back print so your name travels around the city.
Collect each staff member’s size early, and order a few extra pieces for new hires. Our restaurant and café uniforms page covers styles, fabrics and branding options in detail.
3. Food packaging
For takeaway and delivery, your packaging is the only part of your brand the customer sees at home. Branded boxes, bags and wrapping make the order feel like it came from somewhere, not just from an app.
- Boxes for your main items, such as pizza or burger boxes
- Branded paper bags for takeaway
- Stickers and seals for closing bags and containers
Printed packaging is usually ordered in larger quantities, often around 1,000 pieces depending on the type, so decide your box sizes before ordering. See restaurant and food packaging.
4. Printed material
Business cards, stickers, flyers and other printed marketing material help with launch promotions and with suppliers. See business printing.
The order to plan it in
- Logo file: everything depends on it.
- Signboard: the most complex item, needed before opening.
- Uniforms: sizes take time to collect, and staff training often starts before opening.
- Packaging: confirm box sizes with your menu, then order.
- Printed material: last, once your menu and launch offer are final.
Production time depends on each item and quantity and is confirmed in your quotation, so start conversations early rather than in your opening week.
